2 Services

Direct Digital Manufacturing Services LLC provides professional wallcovering installation services including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial wallpaper installation
• Wall mural and feature wall installation
• Bodaq architectural surface film installation
• Hospitality, retail, and medical facility wallcovering
• Wallpaper removal and wall surface preparation
• Design consultation and material sourcing

All services are subject to a separate written agreement or quote accepted by both parties.

3 Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information submitted and are subject to change upon on-site assessment. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a formal service agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

4 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement. Generally, a deposit may be required to schedule work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to fees as specified in the service agreement. The Company reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

5 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of work. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. The Company reserves the right to reschedule work due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, material delays, or emergencies.

6 Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful installation, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information at the time of quoting
• Ensure access to the work area on the scheduled date
• Clear the work area of furniture and obstructions (unless removal is specified in the agreement)
• Ensure proper lighting, electricity, and working conditions for the installation team
• Notify the Company of any pre-existing wall damage or conditions prior to installation

7 Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. If a defect in workmanship is identified within 30 days of project completion, we will return to remedy the issue at no additional charge, provided the issue is not caused by material defects, client-supplied materials, improper post-installation conditions, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Digital Manufacturing Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.

9 Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission. All website content including text, images, and branding is the property of Direct Digital Manufacturing Services LLC or its licensors.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

11 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
